Meet the OCD Specialists
Dr. Gabrielle Rozio
LICENSED PSYCHOLOGIST, OCD SPECIALIST AGES 18+
Dr. Rozio is a licensed clinical psychologist. She earned her Doctorate and Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Midwestern University. She has also completed a Master’s in Counseling Psychology at Arizona State University. She has specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Inference Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) methods to treat OCD and Anxiety. She has successfully utilized these methods to treat OCD. She is a member of the IOCDF (International OCD Foundation)
Feeling heard and understood is an important part of the psychotherapy process. Dr. Rozio’s approach is designed to best match the clients’ needs, personality, and situation. She considers the impact of biology, lifestyle, and psychological factors, while incorporating an individuals’ strengths.
Dr. Rozio currently works with adults (18+) and is accepting new patients.
Dr. Ali Schilling (Iverson)
LICENSED PSYCHOLOGIST, OCD SPECIALIST AGES 14+
Dr. Ali is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in OCD and treatment anxiety based disorders. She has a passion for holistic care integrating psychology, biology, and lifestyle factors. She has previously worked at the Mayo Clinic as a health psychologist, in various settings treating chronic illness, and owns an in-person holistic psychology clinic in Scottsdale, AZ. She utilizes an integrative approach when treating OCD and anxiety, with a focus on identifying root causes. She integrates traditional Exposure and Response Prevention with other approaches like Inference Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Internal Family Systems.
Lisa Johnson, LPC
LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR, OCD SPECIALIST AGES 6+
Lisa Johnson is a Licensed Professional Counselor who is trained in Exposure and Response Prevention, Inference Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. She has completed specialized training and supervision in the treatment of Anxiety, OCD and OCD-based disorders. She sees children ages 6-18. In addition to ERP, she has an eclectic, strength-based approach utilizing diverse theoretical approaches, including EMDR, DBT and CBT to address symptoms.
Lisa has additional training in a ground breaking program called Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), which teaches parents how to navigate OCD and anxiety in their children to set them up for success in adulthood. She is able to provide this program 1:1 with parents.

Jessica Cronk, LAC
LICENSED ASSOCIATE COUNSELOR, OCD SPECIALIST AGES ADULTS and CHILDREN 10+
Jessica Cronk is a Licensed Associate Counselor who specializes in working with adults and children 10 years old and up. She has completed extensive training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to treat OCD and anxiety based disorders. She strives to find an approach that works best for each individual client. Jessica has additional training in treating trauma and EMDR therapy. She has worked with families, adolescents, groups, and individuals in a variety of settings.
She is currently accepting new clients: adults and ages 10+

OCD counseling is helpful for children (age 8+), teens, and adults. The content is designed to be easily understood, with guidance for parents and age-appropriate support tools.
SPACE training (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) is most helpful for children 10 and under as parenting style is an essential part of treatment.

That’s okay—many people start unsure. The intro session helps you identify common signs of OCD and decide if specialized care might help. If needed, we can connect you with a therapist for an evaluation.
